A brachioplasty, commonly called an arm lift or reduction, is a surgical procedure that removes the excess fat and skin over the underarm and elbow and thus, reshapes and provides improved contour to the upper arms and connecting area of chest wall.
Ageing, weight fluctuations and genetic factors result in sagging and drooping of the upper arms. Exercise can only strengthen the underlying muscles of the upper arm – it does not improve the skin laxity or manage the fat deposits underlying weakened tissues. Waverley Plastic Surgery can successfully deal with all these problems through surgical arm reduction!
