Mr David Ying- MBBS(Hons), FRACS

After his initial training in general surgery, David Ying was then indoctrinated into the rigorous four year program to become a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon. He was then admitted to the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons as a fellow and began practicing immediately at Waverly Plastic Surgery as well as at various positions at Public and Private hospitals around Melbourne.

David is rapidly becoming renowned for his compassionate and attentive nature when treating his patients, their families and hospital staff alike. It is the vast needs and expectations of both aesthetic and reconstructive patients that provide David’s motivation to strive for and achieve excellence in his surgical outcomes.

David Ying's particular interests include hand surgery, microsurgery and all aspects of breast and body contouring surgery.

David is a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons.
